The Sussex Spaniel is a breed of dog developed in Sussex in southern England. He barks and howls, making him an excellent watchdog, though not particularly quiet to live with. He’s highly intelligent but can be stubborn, so he’s not always easy to train. At home it is calm, steady and easygoing, although it may be aggressive to strange dogs. Its somber expression is misleading because it is quite cheerful. The Sussex is more relaxed in nature. It absolutely loves bird hunting, but will acclimate itself to urban living.
