History of Shih Tzu dog breed

Tzu was bred by Tibetan Lamas associated with the lion and Buddhist mythology, this dog which was bred in due to its strength, elegance, beauty and appearance, and it was working as a guardian of the palace and the temple, it was developed in Tibet in 1600 because it was considered a sacred animal.
